Kildare 2 Piece Penny Whistle in Low D by Susato - L-Series Kildare models in high -Eb- and high -D- exist in the -V- and the -S- series. If in doubt, we recommend the -S- series as the richer and fuller sounding version. The -V- series -Eb- and -D- have a slightly smaller body diameter and therefore sound softer. All Kildare models have separate head and body sections with a slightly tapered bore. Pitch can easily be adjusted by pulling jointed sections in or out as needed.
