EMS Lute Padded Bag by Early Music Shop - a flexible canvas padded bag suitable for all EMS 6, 7 & 8 Course Lutes and some other lutes with an approximate vibrating string length of 600mm Please note that this lute bag is supplied flat and folds to the shape of the lute in order to accommodate the shape of the pegbox. Although it may feel a little stiff at first, it will eventually hold this shape with regular use. Internal dimensions: 700mm is the maximum length for the lute and 300mm is the maximum width and a depth of 160mm. This bag is quite a snug fit on even our EMS Heritage lutes as there is little give in the fabric, so please contact us with your measurements prior to purchase, especially if ordering from overseas to avoid disappointment.
