Early Music @ 1 - Tuesday 5th May
We're delighted to welcome harpsichordist Katarzyna Kowalik to Early Music @ 1! In today's video she performs 'Le Carillon de Passy’ by Antoine Forqueray, it's one of the pieces featured on her debut solo CD "French Collection" which was released last year! Katarzyna plays a beautiful double manual French harpsichord after Goujon 1749 made by Andrew Garlick.
Katarzyna is a London based harpsichordist and early keyboard specialist of Polish origins. She completed her Master Degree in Historical Performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with Carole Cerasi, James Johnstone and Nicholas Parle. Katarzyna has performed in many prestigious concert venues and at many festivals around the world.
