Harpsichordist Katarzyna Kowalik is back to Early Music @ 1! In today's video she performs "Suite in G major Z. 660" by Henry Purcell, the movements are Prelude, Almand, Corant and Minuet. Katarzyna plays a beautiful double manual French harpsichord after Goujon 1749 made by Andrew Garlick. Katarzyna Kowalik is a London based harpsichordist and early keyboard specialist of Polish origins. She completed her Master Degree in Historical Performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with Carole Cerasi, James Johnstone and Nicholas Parle. Katarzyna has performed in many prestigious concert venues and at many festivals around the world. In 2015 she was a participant of the Handel House Talent Scheme - a programme to further the career development of promising young professional baroque music performers.
