4th Octave G - Lever Harp Silkgut String by Bow Brand

Wrong type of string sent

I requested a Lever string, was sent a pedal harp string. I haven’t written twice and sent the picture of the packaging to show it is a pedal string. Nobody is replying. If nothing else, an acknowledgement and an apology, would probably suffice, but to be ignored means I’ll recommend not bothering with this company again.
