Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a separate ticket for the concerts?
No – this year, the Friday and Saturday evening performances are both included in the price of a weekend ticket, and the Saturday evening performance is included in the price of a Saturday day ticket. We look forward to welcoming you to the concerts!
Can I bring my (non-playing) partner/friend/relative?
Yes! We offer an 'Observer' ticket which includes all the meals (see below), access to the evening concerts and the option to observe festival sessions and workshops (space permitting). Observers can also attend Fringe performances throughout the festival and visit the shops and exhibitors.
Are meals included?
Yes, a buffet is served at the Friday evening reception. On Saturday you get lunch and dinner, and on Sunday, croissants and coffee will be served at the breakfast recital, followed by lunch later on.
I think I have already filled out my form, but I'm not sure. Should I fill it out again?
No, please check with Fiona that we've received your form! (If you fill out the form multiple times, it increases the chaos at our end!)
I'm chaperoning my underage child who has a ticket. Do I need a ticket?
No, but if you'd like to eat the meals and/or attend the concerts, please buy an Observer ticket!
I can't remember what options I chose!
Either email Fiona, who will let you know, or else wait until the class lists are released in mid-May, and then you will have it in writing!
I'd like to change one of my choices, what should I do?
Email Fiona, who will sort it out for you.
I haven't received a link to my participant sign-up form!
Some automated emails appear to be being rejected by the recipient's system. Please email Fiona directly, and she will provide you with the link.
