Our annual celebration of the recorder is BACK for its sixth edition this August! Bringing together interviews, competitions, videos, promotions and much more, we're excited to be working with some of the biggest names in the recorder world for this year's exclusive features.
NEW for 2025 is a range of very special live events, which we wanted to let you know about ahead of Recorder31's launch. We hope you can join us in Saltaire or Snape for one of these unique performances...

Step into Handel’s world - but with a twist. In the finale of their residency at The Early Music Shop, Fora reimagines the dance music of the Baroque master through inventive arrangements, improvisation, and fresh perspectives. Blending historical insight with a spirit of exploration, the duo breathes new life into these 18th-century rhythms, offering a vibrant preview of their upcoming debut album.
