Today we're looking at the different woods that are used for making recorders. Plastic recorders are great but wooden recorders give you a much higher quality of sound and are much more sensitive to all the nuances of your playing. With the array of woods available it can be a daunting process trying to choose between them!. Here's a throw-back to a Team Recorder video by Sarah Jeffery we commissioned last year to help us explore the different sounds of different woods!
