Medieval Music for thr Violin

Straightforward to play with various levels of difficulty rhythmically. The pieces are not numbered so one has to do that oneself. The notes about the pieces are somewhat repetitive and superficial. The inclusion of some modern compositions means the title is somewhat misleading. The absence of any discussion of what is musically distinctive in medieval music is disappointing. If the music group I belong to was asked to accompany diners at a medieval banquet, this would do, but not for a serious concert: not that we are good enough for that!
