The EMS plucked psaltery kit is supplied pre-assmbled, pre-drilled and is simply ready for polishing and stringing. A bright sounding instrument, strung in steel and spanning 3 octaves G-g''. Made from solid beech wood and spruce soundboard, this kit is supplied with full instructions.
The EMS plucked psaltery is a beautifully crafted instrument with a typical 'pigsnout' shape. Played either by resting on the lap or leaning against the chest and plucked either with fingers or with a quill.
