A beautiful mini-looking real recorder

As soon as I played a few of the lower notes, I realized that it has a very beautifully rounded quality to its tone. I have only had this recorder for 6 days, so, in a few weeks I may be able to say whether the whole range is achievable, in tune and equally good-sounding . At the moment, it objects to being played for too long (more than 5 minutes) and anything above top D is not a good sound. If you can contact me in a couple of months, I may be able to give a much more truthful review about my progress with both octaves. I am enjoying its sound, but constrained because I cannot force it beyond a few minutes of play each day. It will take time to be "played-in". My thanks to whoever chose it for me. It has been meticulously made from beautiful Grenadilla hard wood and looks like a small "work of art". Its shape is perfect!
