Küng's Superio series is based on original recorders by Stanesby Jnr. They have a wide, baroque bore which produces a strong sound, rich in overtones. These recorders have a large expressive range and will cope with the most demanding repertoire. The Superio recorders are highly ergonomic, with great attention given to comfort and the ease of fingering.

This soprano recorder is made of olivewood and comes in a hard case with a cleaning rod, cork grease and maintenance instructions.

Küng Descant Recorders from the EMS

I'm loving playing in my new Küng descant recorder, and am much looking forward to performing on and recording with it in a few weeks time! I'm particularly thrilled with its warm sound across all registers, its strength in projecting when playing with other instruments... and last but not least the olive wood, which gives off a marvellous scent and feels incredibly smooth under my fingers.
