Hopf Praetorius Sopranino Recorder in Maple (Previously Owned) without case, in very good condition. Fully serviced and revoiced by our in-house technician.
This Praetorius model is based on drawings taken from 'Syntagma Musicum' (1618) by Michael Praetorius. These Praetorius recorders are more ornate in turning and are suited to playing late Renaissance and early baroque music. Made from stained maple, this recorder has excellent intonation over a full two octave range. This recorder has single holes but uses standard baroque fingering.
