First solos for treble viol

Over a long period of time, I have enjoyed quite a number of live dealings with The Early Music Mob at their London establishment; These days it is via the lap top computer...I have always found them to ne unbelievably helpful and I can not speak in praise of them sufficient...I am aware that this sounds rather naff, but it is true...Long live the Early Music Shop in Yorkshire...

A novice's review of Crum's " First Solos "

Being an experienced woodwind guy - principal clarinetist in the National Youth Orchestra of Wales - 1952, but a novice on the viol, I came to this with a completely open mind. I found it extremely easy to follow instructions and would recommend it to any one seeking help to play well...
