So excited!

I read Crum's book on viol technique and learned there were accompanying rep books. Unfortunately, they're really hard to find! I was so excited to find them here, and it didn't take too long to ship to the states, all things considered. (with the pandemic and everything) I have only just started, but the technique notes accompanying the pieces are really helpful, and there are also notes about how to use the more basic pieces to practice more advanced techniques and where in the book to find those techniques. It is well thought out and easy to navigate. Can't wait to work more with it!

Great stuff

I bought this book before I had even started playing the viol, judt to see what the repertoire was like. It's an impressive collection and now that I have actually started playing, I can't wait to include them in my diet. Each piece has well-thought-out notes relating to it, which are really helpful. Oh, and the EMS are super-efficient!
