Bressan by Blezinger Alto Recorder in Stained Boxwood a415
The new Bressan by Blezinger alto available at baroque pitch in stained boxwood, a=415.
The Bressan recorders by Blezinger are instruments made in cooperation with one of the best German industrial recorder makers. As the name implies the instruments are modelled after originals by P. I. Bressan. The recorders have a typically easy response and excellent tuning, combined with a rich and colourful sound.
The project is based on Stephan Blezinger’s extensive knowledge of instruments by P.I.Bressan and decades of making entirely handcrafted recorders. The most recent high precision woodwork technology as well as intensive research into treatment of woods are combined with highly skilled workmanship in the hand-finishing of every single instrument – exactly the same processes as handmade recorders.
The results are recorders suitable for the highest of musical demands, warm, brilliant and able to modulate, easy to play due to their secure response and precise intonation.. The Bressan recorder range is aimed at advanced scholars and students, amateurs, players requiring an additional high level instrument – and bridge the gap between standard middle range baroque recorders and top end hand made instruments.
This recorder is supplied in a fitted hard case, with instructions and fingering chart.
