Aura Conservatorium Knick Tenor Recorder in Grenadilla
The Conservatorium recorders by Aura are made in the Coolsma workshops in the Netherlands. They are based on Bressan recorders, with a curved, highly conical windway which produces a broad, rich sound. This Conservatorium knick tenor recorder is made of grenadilla and is thumb-bushed. This recorder has double holes for the bottom c/c#. The undercutting and indentations of the finger holes makes this keyless tenor quite ergonomic. The 'knick' creates a more comfortable hold allowing the arms to be close to the body, whilst still projecting the sound outwards.
This recorder comes with a canvas zip-case, cleaning stick, cork grease and a fingering chart.
