Excellent

This book is great value. Easiest pieces at the start, which is encouraging, then it progresses. Great for building a wee bit of fluency with short pieces.

58 Very Easy Pieces for Renaissance Lute

The booklet was exactly as described; a collection or mostly very easy pieces which are fun to play. Some are quite good quality too.

58 Very Easy Pieces for Renaissance Lute - a must for beginners

Really useful for those beginners on lute (or guitar) that wish to try this style of music. Pity it does not explain the lute TAB being used though its easy to work out. I would recommend using the book in hand with Jacob Heringman's CD 'Blame not my lute'. Jacob's tracks illustrate how they should sound including some optional ornamentations.

58 Very Easy Pieces for Renaissance Lute

This is a very enjoyable collection of pieces for a beginner lute player like myself. I would recommend the CD of the pieces too as it gives an idea of how the pieces should sound.
