This harp is strung with nylon strings which have a low tension. Low tension is perfect for players who have weaker fingers,or problems with finger movement.
Our Heather harp has semi-tone levers on all of the strings. These are made of metal and work well and even improve with regular playing! It is made of beech with a laminated soundboard. It is an attractive harp with a painted Celtic design and traditional style carvings.
The range of our Heather harp is 3 octaves, starting on the C below middle C. We recommend tuning this harp in the standard lever harp tuning - Eb major.
