Recorder31 | Friday Fun: Recorder Puzzles!

It's the end of another busy Friday, and we're looking forward to the weekend. At Recorder31 that only means one thing: it's time for some Friday Fun! This week we have something a bit different for you...

We know that many recorder players like to collect lots of instruments. That got us thinking, what could we do with those instruments when we’re not playing them…?!

Introducing Recorder Puzzles! Lay out your recorders in the patterns below and follow the instructions to see if you can transform the layout into a different pattern! If you don’t have enough recorders (firstly, we can help with that!), but you can always use accessories like cleaning rods or brushes, split your recorders into their component sections, or top up the numbers with anything else you find in your house!

Challenge 1: Move one recorder to turn the donkey...

Challenge 2: Move three recorders to make two squares

Challenge 3: Move four recorders to make three squares

We'll share the solutions next week! Have fun!

And remember, our Awesome Altos promotion continues all weekend with great savings across 100 alto recorders. Click here to view the collection.
