PO ref. PO0800S
Friedrich von Huene Baroque Flute after Chevalier (Hotteterre type flute) in Boxwood A434 (Previously Owned) with decorative rings no. 386 - in very good condition - no case

"This 3 joint flute is a Hotteterre type flute and copied from an original kept in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts which is believed to be from around 1690. The original is in d’ A415, made from boxwood and ivory, with an open sound and is still in tune today. It was the type of flute used well into the next century and probably Bach saw nothing else in his lifetime."
