Aulos are one of the major names in plastic recorders and the first manufacturer to successfully make a recorder from ABS synthetic resin. The 205 is one of the world's best selling recorders, the latest design having a sweeter sound than previous series.

After trying a number of other brands of recorders and not being entirely happy with them I decided to try one from the Early Music shop. I’ve been to a couple of workshops with them and had tried a few other instruments and that made me decide to try the recorder. I’m delighted with it. It has a lovely clear sound.
